A delicious blend of chai spices with calming rooibos tea to warm and invigorate the digestive system, as well as calm the mind.

ROOIBOS Aspalathus linearis

Traditionally used as a calming tonic to nourish the digestive and nervous systems. Rooibos is otherwise known as red bush tea and is naturally caffeine free.

CARDAMOM Elettaria cardamomum

A strong aromatic spice traditionally chewed after meals to enhance digestion and refresh the breath. 

STAR ANISE Illicium verum 

A liquorice-like tasting spice used traditionally used as a medicinal herb to enhance digestion and ease respiratory congestion. 

GINGER ROOT Zingiber officinale

A classic medicinal food used to ease inflammation, whether that be digestive pain, menstrual pain, or joint pain. 

CINNAMON Cinnamomum verum

Traditionally used as a warming digestive tonic, supporting the metabolism of sugar and balancing blood sugar levels.

CLOVE Syzygium aromaticum

A potent anti-bacterial spice that has been used traditionally as an oral anaesthetic to ease toothaches. It is also a warming and aromatic tonic for the digestive system.

BLACK PEPPER Piper nigrum

Both warming and refreshing, black pepper enhances blood flow to the digestive system, easing discomfort such as bloating and flatulence. 

Directions Infuse 2 teaspoons of your herbal tea in freshly boiled water for 5 minutes or longer. Drink 1 to 3 cups daily.
