Refund policy

We hope you love everything you purchase from Salt . of earth

If you're not completely happy with your order, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.
• Have all original tags and packaging attached.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note:

• Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless required by New Zealand consumer law.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or you've received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
