LEMON BALM Melissa officinalis
Traditionally used as a refreshing tonic for the nervous system, calming anxiety and uplifting mood. It is also used as a soothing tonic for digestive discomfort.
MĀNUKA Leptospermum scoparium
Traditionally used to enhance the immune system, with highly anti-microbial actions that are known to help aid the healing of infections. Mānuka is also a bitter tonic, enhancing the function of the digestive system.
LEMON MYRTLE Backhousia citriodora
An incredibly fresh and citrusy infusion for the tastebuds. Lemon Myrtle is a powerfully uplifting tonic for the nervous system, alleviating mental fatigue, and also relieving digestive discomfort, such as bloating or flatulence.
Ingredients Lemon Balm* (Melissa officinalis), Wild Grown Mānuka (Leptospermum scoparium), and Lemon Myrtle (Backhousia citriodora). *Organic.
Directions Infuse 2 teaspoons of your herbal tea in freshly boiled water for 5 minutes or longer. Drink 1 to 3 cups daily.
